This UI is a spreadsheet diff—not an email integration. Paste before and after exports with headers keyword,position.
Positive delta means the numeric position improved (lower rank number). Thresholds mark up (+3 or more spots), huge-up (+10 or more), down, huge-down, lost (missing after), and new (missing before).
Summary tiles count winners and losers. The combined list sorts by absolute delta so the largest swings appear first for standup reviews.
